TIDI Products LLC Acquires Timely Medical Innovations, LLC

TIDI Products LLC, a manufacturer of single-use personal protection and patient-care infection prevention products for medical and dental markets announced the acquisition of Timely Medical Innovations, LLC of Carlsbad, Calif.

Timely Medical Innovations manufactures and sells a proprietary line of disposable optical-grade, eye and facial protection products for medical markets. The decision to purchase Timely Medical was based on TIDI’s strategic objective to build on its already expansive line of infection prevention products for the acute care market and other healthcare market segments. Timely Medical’s line of eye and facial protection products complement TIDI’s P2® facemask offering as well as the full line of personal protective equipment (PPE).
