Personal Protective Technology Workshop to be Held in March

The National Personal Protective Technology Laboratory (NPPTL) of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) announces the 2012 Personal Protective Equipment Selection, Use, and Expectations:  PPT Stakeholder Meeting and Workshop.  This event will be held March 20-21, 2012 at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport.

The mission of the NIOSH Personal Protective Technology (PPT) Program and the NPPTL is to prevent work-related injury, illness and death by advancing the state of knowledge and application of PPT.

This year's co-sponsors of the PPT Stakeholder Meeting and Workshop are the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Pittsburgh Section, and the  International Safety Equipment Association (ISEA).
